Physical Therapist
Dr. Megan Tucker, PT, DPT, earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Azusa Pacific University in 2020, where she also served as a student-athlete and team captain on the university’s softball team. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at California State University Long Beach in 2025.
Her clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedic, neurologic, and vestibular settings, as well as inpatient acute care, treating a wide range of conditions across diverse populations. She is deeply passionate about empowering patients through functional rehabilitation and personalized education, helping them return to the activities that bring meaning and joy to their lives.
With a patient-centered approach rooted in empathy, compassion, and encouragement, Megan strives to meet each patient where they are in their healing journey, providing thoughtful care that supports both mind and body. Her commitment to excellence was recognized through multiple awards in the CSULB Pro Bono Neurologic Clinic, as well as the department scholarship for Excellence in Physical Therapy. She also presented her research on diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA) in the pregnant and postpartum population at the 2025 APTA Combined Sections Meeting, reflecting her dedication to advancing the field through evidence-based practice.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring national parks, hiking, paddle boarding, playing guitar, spending quality time with friends and family, and staying active through outdoor sports like spikeball, pickleball, and softball.
