The L300 GO Foot Drop System has two main parts that use wireless communication to “talk” to each other.
- Comfortable, Lightweight Functional Stimulation Cuff
The leg cuff is a small, light-weight device that fits just below the knee and contains electrodes which deliver stimulation
where it helps you most. Available in two sizes: regular and small (for individuals with calf circumference approximately 12 inches
or smaller).
- Innovative Intelli-Sense Gait Sensor
gait sensor attaches to your shoe and lets the leg cuff know if your heel is on the ground or in the air.
- Wireless, Portable Control Unit
The hand-held remote control lets you adjust the level of stimulation and turn the unit on and off. The controller can be carried in your
pocket, bag or purse.

The L300 GO System builds on the success of the L300 GO Foot Drop System by adding a thigh cuff to give you greater control over bending and straightening your knee, which may help you walk more naturally.
The L300 GO Plus System’s wireless components adapt to changes in walking speed and terrain, allowing you to walk more easily on stairs, grass and carpet. Comfortably worn under most clothing, the system’s unique design may help you eliminate the need for a rigid knee-ankle-foot orthosis (KAFO), or braces, and may reduce the risk of falls and injuries.
The L300 GO Plus System may also:

The L300 GO Plus System is programmed by your clinician to stimulate the appropriate nerves and muscles of your leg to address foot drop plus thigh weakness, which affects control over bending and straightening your knee.

The Functional Stimulation Thigh Cuff is an innovative and lightweight neuroprosthesis that is positioned onto the thigh for stimulation of either the hamstring or quadricep muscles. The thigh cuff also contains integrated electrodes. Its low profile design allows you to wear it under most clothing. The thigh cuff is designed to work in unison with the L300 GO leg cuff to assist with standing, walking and stability.
